The Heart

I might be reaching far for this one but what I get from this is that the human heart has a blackness that is hidden beneath layers of goodness, which I believe is what the splatter in the middle depicts

The objects on the bottom right depict something that is good that is going through the heart and the objects that have passed through it on the top left are good but tainted with darkness

Yeah maybe too much red but I like it...
